Traditional cuisine from east to west
Enogastronomic holidays (from 3-5 days) allow you to connect
with the various facets of Mediterranean cuisine. From the
east, where the mines created a crossroads between different
cultures, to the mountainous region facing Corsica: flavours,
essences and aromatic herbs mix to create unusual and unforgetable
tastes. Beginning in the mountain villages, the itineraries
take us on a journey to their respective coasts: each location
with its own particular way of preparing and presenting the
primary island ingredients (fish and vegetables). Tasting
in the principal farms and buffets in the places most well-known
for their specialities.
