The Elba island in front of the Tuscany coast and can be attained comfortably with different means of transport:

By airplane with arrival on the International Airport in Marina di Campo.

By car or by railway with arrival at Piombino Marittima and then further with the ferry.

From Piombino harbour there are 2 ferry companies, with destination to the different ports of the island: Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Rio Marina oder Cavo (only passengers).

The island Elba is frequented also by many considerable cruise ships, which anchor in the bay of Portoferraio.
